How fit do I need to be?
You do not need to be an elite athlete. Consistent walking and aerobic preparation matter more than speed.
Can I climb privately?
Yes. Private trips are available for solo climbers, couples, families, friends and charity groups.
Which route gives me the best chance of summiting?
Longer routes such as the 8-Day Lemosho and 9-Day Northern Circuit allow more acclimatisation.
What happens if I feel unwell at altitude?
